There are certain congenital malformations, namely, 13-15 trisomy, Lowe´s syndrome, Miller´s syndrome, Thalidomide-Phacomella, and Gregg´s syndrome which were recently understood in causes and pathogenesis.
Characteristic ocular lesions of these malformations are presented briefly from the aspects of ophthalmic pathology.
